Brief Description: Lower cowling air exit attach bracket
The next step in the lower cowling preperation was to cut the opening for the nose gear leg. The opening requires an attach bracket to close the cowling gear leg opening once the cowling is installed and also support the trailing edge of the cowling exit air duct. It took me a full day to cut the opening, fabricate the brackets, clean, abrade, alodine, prime and assemble all the components.
